I can't
log in to the system - Why? Your user name and password
are both case sensitive. Please check the letter you received from
us and verify that you are using the proper case when attempting to log
in. If you think you are entering your user name and password
correctly but still can't get in, use the form to the right to contact
us. |

Why
didn't I receive a user name and password if I registered for the
system? If you think you are a
qualified user of this system, but did not receive a user name and
password via the US Mail, please use the form to the right to notify us.
Be sure to include your name, your title, your school name and CEEB
number, your telephone number and your email address so we may get in
touch with you. |

I can log in to the system,
but my information is not correct. What should I do?
In the services menu above, choose Update
Your Contact Information. Click the Update! button, then
make any necessary changes and click Submit. The next time you
click on Update Your Contact Information you will see your corrected information. |

I am not a
registered member, how can I join?
Go to
http://admissions.tufts.edu/counselors to send us your
name, title, email address, phone and fax numbers, school CEEB number,
and the name of the Director of Guidance at your school. We will
use this information to register you for the system. Please note
that Tufts may contact the Director of Guidance at your school to verify
any information that you provide. |
